Welcome Guide and Essential Information

We are delighted to have you in our home for your stay in Bali. As a Scandinavian family that has been visiting Bali for around 40 years, we’re happy to share our beloved home with you. Below, you’ll find key information and guidance to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
24/7 Staff Availability
Day staff: 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM
Night guard: 09:00 PM to 08:00 AM
Dining at Villa Kampung
Breakfast: Included – eggs, fruit, bread, jam, juice, coffee, and tea.
Lunch & Dinner: An additional charge of 50,000 IDR per guest will be added for each lunch/dinner, as additional staff is required.
Please request your meals at your earliest convenience to allow the staff time for necessary preparations, including grocery shopping. The staff will ask for payments in advance for grocery shopping; receipts will be provided. You can also order takeaway from a variety of restaurants; please ask the staff for assistance.

House Guidelines
- Drinking water is included
- Towels and bed linens will be changed every three days
- Do not take pool towels to the beach; sand can damage our washing machine
- Be cautious with paper and tissues in the toilets; please use the provided bins
- To avoid accidents, please dry off before entering the villas after using the pool, as the floor can be slippery
- You are welcome to use the sound system/speakers, but please be considerate of other villas and turn down the volume after 10 PM
- Many of our furniture and decorations are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind; please be gentle with them
- No smoking in the rooms

Our garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.

Responsibility
While we’ve never had any incidents, the villa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen cash, jewelry, or other valuables left in the house. Safe deposit boxes are provided for your peace of mind, but we cannot take responsibility for any losses that occur.
